Mayra SimmonsHuman Resources and Administration Manager
Brandon Smith is the Managing Partner/Co-Founder of Flexicrew Technical Services. FTS is a recruiting/staffing firm that specializes in white collar placements throughout the Gulf Coast region. Prior to Founding Flexicrew Technical Services with his business partner, Mr. Smith was VP of Sales and part of the rapid growth of Flexicrew Staffing which is now a $50million Industrial Staffing company. During this rapid growth; Staffing Industry Analyst named this firm in 2014 as the 4th Fastest Growing Staffing and Talent Engagement Firms in the US. Brandon received his undergraduate degree in 2002 from Texas State University. Upon graduation, Brandon was selected to work as a Chapter Consultant for the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity based in Memphis, TN and traveled throughout the United States and Canada providing strategic consulting services to undergraduate chapters. He resides in Metairie, LA with his wife Tara who is in the banking industry and son Hudson and daughter Camille. Brandon is currently a board member at Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans.
Area Sales Executive
Amanda is a dynamic Staffing Professional with 18 years in Business Development, Consultative Relationship Building, Talent Acquisition and Commercial Staffing Branch Operations; mother, homemaker and entrepreneur. Her innate passion for consulting and energetic spirit has contributed to the successful launch and profitable growth of businesses in various industries.
To efficiently connect client opportunities with skill and chemistry of career professionals, Amanda believes in steady, consistent and transparent communications; which builds respectful, trusting and partnership oriented business relationships. These concepts help identify key staff for client’s organizational goals, and are the foundation of Flexicrew Technical Services, creating the perfect partnership!
“Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there” has been Amanda’s motto to keep moving, remaining available for clients and talent, always exceeding the expectations set forth.
Operations Coordinator-Technical Recruiter
With a background in personnel management and internal HR Alison began her career with Flexicrew Staffing as a skilled trade recruiter. After quickly adapting to her new role she was invited to join and help start up the new Technical division. Being one of FTS’ first employees her participation in operations responsibilities evolved naturally.
Alison enjoys being able to bring people together and establishing lasting partnerships with both Contractors and Clients alike. She really appreciates that the leaders of the Flexicrew Companies are not only accessible but committed to incorporating the ideas and talents of their employees into the everyday operations of the company.
If Alison had spare time outside of FTS she would enjoy travelling, playing volleyball and participating in all of the wonderful events and culture the great city of New Orleans has to offer.
Alison’s business philosophy is work smarter not harder and if you have a question, she has an answer.
Area Sales Executive
Robin has over 30 years of experience in marketing, recruiting, and management in various business verticals. Her background with her management company and in the talent acquisition industry has given her a level of expertise, the insight to understand business needs, and the importance of providing top talent.
With a strong desire to help people, Robin takes pleasure in finding both the perfect fit for clients while providing dream positions for candidates. She enjoys being part of a family owned business, built on ethical business principles and providing work-life balance for employees.

Robin is a mother of three, has a deep faith life, and enjoys animal rescue, skiing, scuba diving and golfing.
Vicki transitioned to HR 3 years ago after a long career in Healthcare Management with the intention of working as an HR Manager someday. After being mentored as a recruiter in a previous company, Vicki discovered she had a talent for recruiting, eventually gaining enough experience to join the Flexicrew Technical Services team in October of 2016. Vicki now works side by side with Robin Ziegler as they build on the strong foothold they have created in the Baton Rouge/ Northshore markets.
The most rewarding aspect of the job for Vicki is the reaction of the candidates when they are made an offer after they’ve been through an intense interview process. Vicki says, “Making that call, relaying those words, ‘You got the job!’ and hearing that excitement in their voices is truly the best part of what we do. You get to be the bearer of exciting news that can be life-changing for the candidates and their families and that is what fulfills me."
Vicki is a mother of three who has a passion for cooking, especially for crowds and family holidays. Whether personally or professionally, Vicki always strives to be a people-pleaser!
Area Sales Executive
Scott has an extensive background in sales and relationship building. He started his career with Lamar Outdoor Advertising where he served in the roles of Real Estate Manager and Sales Executive in the Gulf Coast Region. After Lamar, he spent 4 years with Corporate Business Solutions as a Senior HCM Sales Consultant providing HRIS/Payroll solutions to companies throughout the US. Scott is a graduate of Auburn University. He resides in Fairhope, AL with his wife, Coley, and two children, Lucy and Michael.
Senior Talent Acquisition
Have a position that’s tough to fill? Well, look no further for the person able to help you fill it, Tina Macon! Tina truly understands the technical talent acquisition industry. With a background of over 15+ years in Human Resources management and professional and technical talent acquisition, Tina brings true skill and solid knowledge to her position as a Technical Recruiter.
Tina looks forward to serving her clients each and every day, and does so through truly listening to the needs her clients. Listening, along with a solid knowledge of technical recruiting, Tina is able to identify the necessary candidate skillset to target quality candidates to fit each client’s specific needs. Tina’s goal is to not only find a skillful candidate, but one that will make a solid and positive impact to the available position and your overall corporate culture.
Focusing on the needs of the job candidate is important to Tina too. She enjoys seeing people in careers they love, allowing them to reach their full potential. She knows that a good fit for both the candidate and the client produces a happy employee, and a happy employee is a productive and long-lasting employee.
While leisure time is important, Tina is always on the move learning new things and acquiring certifications. Her continued focus on learning includes HR management, OSHA, Lean, and Leadership certifications. She is also an active member of both Baldwin County and Mobile SHRM organizations.
Tina is not only dedicated to her work, but also to her time with her family. She enjoys spending time with her seven children, six grandchildren (with one more on the way), and motorcycling with her husband. Yes, that’s right…It’s all about the fresh air and traveling, along with the relaxation and thrill of the ride.

Amy March – Director of Risk Management
Amy joined The Flexicrew Companies in 2010 and has continued to grow within the company. After completing her Bachelor’s in Communications and Public Relations at the University of South Alabama Amy entered the Staffing world. She started out recruiting and then honed her skills in Risk Management, Safety, and Operations. She has truly enjoyed being an integral part of the growth and development of the business.
Amy is based in Mobile, AL but travels extensively throughout to our offices in the Gulf Region providing organizational support and management. When back at home, Amy enjoys spending time with her two standard Poodles and goes fishing as often as she can.
Senior Talent Acquisition
Natalie is a professionally recognized Recruiter bringing 12+ years of recruiting expertise to the market. Nominated for the 40 Under 40 Class in the Houston Business Journal and listed as one of the People on the Move by Houston Business Journal.
She has worked with a number of clients providing staffing for some of the largest Oil & Gas, manufacturing and engineering companies throughout the U.S.
Natalie plans to lend her insight to other professionals looking for career opportunities. She has a great professional track record with over 70 professional recommendations listed throughout her LinkedIn profile from many professionals that she has interfaced with as well as assisted over the years.
Natalie returned home to Louisiana to assist southern region businesses in finding the right fit for their team.
