Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) was founded in 2015 to address a growing need for technical and professional talent. We are an executive and technical search firm providing custom-tailored staffing solutions and talent acquisition to the Gulf South Region and nationwide.

In addition to growing FTS as the leader in technical placements, in 2022 we launched the next chapter of our growing business with the rollout of Flexblue Staffing. This group provides additional services to our growing client base with a focus on Industrial/Skilled Trades Staffing. This allows for a turnkey approach for clients to have one vendor handling all talent acquisition and staffing needs.

With branches in key markets, FTS implements strategic growth plan to build on past success. After building a strong and stable foundation, FTS sets framework to expand into other geographic markets across the Gulf South Region.
FTS is recognized by INC. 500 as the fastest-growing business in the state of Louisiana. FTS expands to open our Baton Rouge Office. FTS pushed past the Gulf South Region and looks nationwide to provide staffing services to companies across the US.
FTS is recognized again by INC. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Like many other companies, FTS was forced to pivot as we navigated through a global pandemic. A growth objective transitions to a survival mentality. FTS not only survived but grew. FTS expands to Houston. Most importantly- we did not lay off any staff members due to the pandemic.
FTS continued to grow and surpassed record numbers reached in previous years. Despite the raging pandemic, market struggles, and workforce demands in the US, all of our branches out preformed previous years. FTS is recognized again by INC. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. for the third consecutive year.
FTS releases a corporate rebrand with a new logo and website. Through team member collaboration, we updated our mission statement and core values. Each branch is poised for substantial growth, and we’re excited to see where this year takes our team!
