Contract-to-hire is a popular option for our candidates and clients. You’ll be working full-time at one of our employer partners, reporting to a supervisor there while remaining an FTS employee. FTS will pay your wages, offer benefits and handle all onboarding — setting you up for success from day one! If all goes well, the employer may reach out to us to discuss adding you to their team.

If you’re looking for a career opportunity, we can help you streamline your search. Employers often rely on recruiters to facilitate their talent search – sometimes for jobs that are never advertised.
