Brandon Smith is the Managing Partner/Co-Founder of Flexicrew Technical Services. FTS is a recruiting/staffing firm that specializes in white collar placements throughout the Gulf Coast region. Prior to Founding Flexicrew Technical Services with his business partner, Mr. Smith was VP of Sales and part of the rapid growth of Flexicrew Staffing which is now a $50million Industrial Staffing company. During this rapid growth; Staffing Industry Analyst named this firm in 2014 as the 4th Fastest Growing Staffing and Talent Engagement Firms in the US. Brandon received his undergraduate degree in 2002 from Texas State University. Upon graduation, Brandon was selected to work as a Chapter Consultant for the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity based in Memphis, TN and traveled throughout the United States and Canada providing strategic consulting services to undergraduate chapters. He resides in Metairie, LA with his wife Tara who is in the banking industry and son Hudson and daughter Camille. Brandon is currently a board member at Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans.

Vicki transitioned to HR 3 years ago after a long career in Healthcare Management with the intention of working as an HR Manager someday. After being mentored as a recruiter in a previous company, Vicki discovered she had a talent for recruiting, eventually gaining enough experience to join the Flexicrew Technical Services team in October of 2016. Vicki now works side by side with Robin Ziegler as they build on the strong foothold they have created in the Baton Rouge/ Northshore markets.
The most rewarding aspect of the job for Vicki is the reaction of the candidates when they are made an offer after they’ve been through an intense interview process. Vicki says, “Making that call, relaying those words, ‘You got the job!’ and hearing that excitement in their voices is truly the best part of what we do. You get to be the bearer of exciting news that can be life-changing for the candidates and their families and that is what fulfills me.”
