Client Background:

Employee vacancy – possibility of declining additional jobs due to lack of employees. Our client won numerous projects and needed to hire additional people with specific job requirements in order to meet current deadlines and continue to take on new business.

Challenge:

Only wanted “construction management” recent graduates. It was hard to fill all the positions open at client facility with their current desire for their candidate requirements.

Solution:

We met with the client and discussed casting a wider net and looking at candidates who have other types of degrees/certifications that would match the requirement of open positions. We also looked at options for processing candidates quicker and getting candidates through the process faster.

Results:

Additional candidates have been hired and client has continued to grow.
